What kind of assistance do we offer?
-You MUST complete the application below to receive assistance.
-You MUST submit a photocopy of the bill, proof of rental, or rental agreement with the rental companies’ information. The photo of the submitted bill must be a readable, clear copy with the company name, return address, account number, and name(s) of the people responsible for the bill.
-You MUST submit a photocopy of your ID.
Please Note:
Once the application is received it will be reviewed by CFUMC staff to determine eligibility. Once the application is reviewed, you will be contacted to let you know if you are eligible. If you have not had a response to your application within 48 hours please call the church office at 706.340.8611.

- Checks will be made out directly to utility company or rental company.
- We only offer assistance once a year per household if funds are available.
